Refund policy

The short version: Custom orders are made specifically for you — which means we cannot accept returns on personalized, decorated, or made-to-order items. What we CAN do is make things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Custom + Personalized Orders — Final Sale

Everything at Moxie Customs is made to order. Once production begins on a custom item — DTF printed apparel, laser engraved drinkware, leather patch hats, branded gift sets, or any item with your logo or design applied — that order is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items because your item cannot be resold, restocked, or reused once it has been decorated with your branding.

Before every order goes into production, we send a digital mockup for your written approval. That approval confirms the design, placement, sizing, and colors are correct.

When We Make It Right

We will replace, re-do, or refund if your order arrives with a production error, printing or engraving defects not present in the approved mockup, the wrong item, size, or color compared to what was confirmed, or damage due to a production issue. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number at hello@moxiecustoms.com.

POD + Sample Orders

Sample items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners have a 14-day window for defect claims. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, color variation between screen and print, or sizing issues not caused by a production error.

Shipping Damage

Keep all original packaging, photograph everything, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will help you file a carrier claim.

Cancellations

Before mockup approval: full refund minus any design fees. After mockup approval, before production: partial refund — deposit may be forfeited. After production begins: cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
